REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR A RESERVATION

All reservations must include at least the following information about the guest or group:

Full Name(s).
Nationality.
Passport and/or ID Number.
Date of Birth.
Gender.
Diet restrictions (if any).

ABOUT PRICES: All prices are in US dollars. Prices are per person unless otherwise specified.

ABOUT THE ITINERARY:

Travel itineraries are carefully planned, although for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the order of activities or the specified route. These cases are exceptional, but in general, the itinerary should be considered only as a basic guide.

Itineraries will vary depending on the package and destination chosen. Please contact the agency for more details.

INSURANCE:

We recommend obtaining travel cancellation, repatriation, and international medical insurance to cover any issues that may arise during your trip. We also suggest consulting your doctor to update vaccinations, schedule medical checkups, and address any concerns regarding international travel.

CANCELLATIONS BY THE CLIENT:

If you request cancellation of any service up to 30 days before the start of your trip, a 50% refund of the initial payment will be issued. Therefore, if a refund is requested 29 days or less before the start of your trip, no refund will be issued.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED:

The visitor is responsible for obtaining their passport, visa, travel insurance, excess baggage fees, personal requests such as extra drinks, laundry service, communication (calls, faxes, emails, etc.), tips, and expenses not specified in the itinerary.

BAGGAGE LIABILITIES:

It is recommended that all visitors to Peru arrive with their own travel insurance that covers lost baggage. The company is not responsible for the following:

Baggage lost or delayed during international or domestic flights.
Loss of belongings, carry-on luggage, handbags, or personal items.
Items left behind by guests in hotels, vehicles, or other locations during the trip.

We recommend that all visitors not pack valuables in their luggage during transfers.
